Singlecooking - a new way to meet your lifepartner?

In bad times like this you have to find new ways to sell your companys services. Thinking, thinking and then a wonderful idea about singlecooking.

Why not arrranging cookingevents for singles, making it possible for them to meet eachother under relaxed circumstances.

Cooking is a nice icebreaker and perfect for singles wanting to meet but under somewhat more relaxed ways.

Yesterday I made a pressrelease and published it under Newsdesk. Great response at once and three journalist contacted me already!

This is going to be big and this is only the start. Soon we introduce it in Gothenburg and Malmö.

Startdate in Stockholm in our cosy cookingstudio Foodlab on Mosebacke is 24 april....so if you are a single and interested in meeting new people..and off course learn some cooking, you are more than welcome!

Cooking out, a new trend?

2002 it all started in a kitchen in Maastricht. One of the customers came into the kitchen and asked if they could "borrow" me for a dinner they were going to have at home. The concept Rent a Chef had its ground to stand on and from there we are having around 100 assignment per month....cooking out or gourmet homecooking as we call it. What could be better than bringing the restaurant home when you dont have time to go out because of children, lack of time, stress or anything else.....

My name is Gunnar Frykfors, the guy who was supposed to become a management consultant after 6 years of hard studying. The fact is that I became a chef instead, serving people good food in their homes. I am running a company called Rent a Chef in Sweden, and today almost 6 years later, I am in some weird way doing some consultancy anyway, having chefs cooking for me...or my company actually.

Blogging has always been something strange for me, but I will give it a try.

To be continued...
