Last weekend Rent a Chef attended the "Passion for Food" fair together with "Mat & Vänner" (Publishing award winner 2009), great success with a nice tastin stew, which our new franchise partner Stefan made. We also celebrated Leif Mannerström on friday evening with Porter and his signaturedish "Strömming med potatismos".
We also arranged a tastecasting (www.tastecasting.se) on saturday having Australian Wine Club presenting good wine to the three courses consisting of Cannellini soup topped with truffeloil, Read beet carpaccio with Suezia cheese, balsamicoglaze and rocketsalad. We also had a lowtemperd sirloin with truffels and pinenuts.
