Last saturday I had a gourmet homecooking for 10 people at Narvavägen in Stockholm. I served a 4-course dinner consisting of
Tuna with sesmeseeds and a julienne of parsnip, carrots, springonions and fennel. Served with a dressing made of ginger, garlic and tamarasoy
Cannellini soup with scallops and deepfried blackroot
Grilled beef with a "Västerbotten" risotto, red wine/balsamic sauce and asparagus
White chocolate/Vanilla pannacotta with a rubarb/framboise soup
The guest were very happy but had i bit much of the Amarone wine I recommended :-)
